I'm new to vaping and looking to switch from cartridge to a portable dry herb vaporizer. But I'm a light smoker and tend to microdose, taking 2-3 draws at a time, several times a day. Would this work for me? Can I reheat/vaporize flowers throughout the day?
That's right, you can reheat and vape your flower with some dry herb vapes as SupercellV explained above.
We have a post on the VapeFuse Blog with some vaporizers that are great for such a vaping style, feel free to check it out here:

All the best with your vaping journey.
The answer is yes, you can, and it sould work for you just fine.
These days there are multiple options to achieve a similar application with dry herb vapes that you get with 510 threaded batteries.
The most common alternative is the DynaVap line of manual vaporizers. You can simply heat the DynaVap and take a hit and repeat a few times to get your desired dose. One of the most popular ways to microdose cannabis with a vaporizer.
If you are not a huge fan of heating your herbs manually (or if it is not practical for you for any reason), there are on-demand electric-powered dry herb vaporizers on the market as well.
Vaporizers like the Vivant LeafGo literally works like a 510 battery with herbs.

You pack a small chamber with dry herbs and press a button to take a draw. The heating element only heats up while you are pressing the button and then it goes off. With devices like the LeafGo you can vape dry herbs on demand.
Can heat and re-heat your flowers as you wish and apply as you need.
